MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His international success has seen him become a part of mainstream Latin music. His hit song from 2016 Una Lady Como Tu was the recipient of a Colombian Kids Choice Award for the most popular Song in 2017. The album he released as his debut ADN was issued by La Industria Inc., which is a Medellin-based Sony distribution firm. This album peaked at eight in the Top Latin Albums charts. The following year he joined Ozuna for their Top Five smash Vaina Loca. In the year 2020, he worked with Noriel for Mala Influencia and released the album Dopamina within the year following. Then in 2021, he sang an duet with TINI's streaming popular track Maldita Foto. 2000 saw him perform the hit record La Bachata appeared in 2023. Turizo's mother and brother were musicians at the time he was born. According to Turizo, music was an integral part of his life. Growing up, he instructed to play the saxophone, piano and guitar. His original plan of action was to become a vet However, his brother Julian convinced him to study singing with an instructor from a Cuban teacher. The result was finding out that he was blessed with an aptitude for singing, changed the course his life.
